Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Booking 

1.1 A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 10% deposit of the total booking amount.

1.2 Balance payable 45 days prior to arrival.

1.3 Failure to make payments by the specified due dates may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of any payments made.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellations made within 7 days of the initial booking date are eligible for a full refund.

2.2 Cancellations made between 30 and 45 of the booking prior to arrival will incur a 25% cencellation fee, cancellation between 14 adn 30 days of arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

2.4 No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing and may require additional documentation.

3. Amendments
3.1 Requests to amend booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. General
4.1 By confirming a booking, the guest agrees to these terms and conditions.
4.2 The property owner reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
